Will Your New Year Be Better?

Happy New Year! 2020 is finally over!! Everyone will be healthy in the new year! Is that true? Is there some magical mystical event when the clock strikes midnight on December 31st?
The Jewish new year is next September 6, year 5781. The Chinese new year is next February 12 and started in the 14th century B.C. Our own calendar, the Gregorian, started in 1582. It’s only 438 years old, very young for calendars. The fact is that people decide when and how to make calendars.
So back to the question. Just because our calendar says January 1, 2021, will YOUR new year be better? You could be worse. You could be better. It is doubtful you will remain the same. COVID-19 vaccines will hopefully help. Those who wish to divide us will continue to do so. Politicians will still rant and rave. The economy will improve or decline.
So the question remains the same. Will YOUR new year be better? The number one determining factor regarding your new year is YOU! Will you take charge of your life as much as you can? Will YOU take charge of your health? Will you address the constant stress that is held in your body? Will you use lymphatic drainage to dump the toxins you are holding? Will you address the long-term pain patterns by relaxing the mind which will release the body? (Remember, I can help you achieve these goals)
Or will you make a half-hearted resolution that only lasts until January 7th? Or worse, do nothing. Either choice results in YOU being more susceptible to disease and pain. Thus, the choice is yours. What will YOU do?
